Description:

Dektite EPDM Flashings provide a water tight seal for hot and cold pipes on angled, flat and convoluted profile metal roofs. Dektite features cutting rings to suit the pipes external diameter. The soft aluminium reinforced edge is moulded to follow the contours of the roof decking. Silicone is used on the underside of the rubber seal, and the flashing is secured with self-tapping stainless steel screws. There is a range of flashings to suit pipes from ¼” through to 19” (5mm – 480mm) the smaller diameters are ideal for cables, narrow tubes, aerial posts and guy wires etc. for which it could be applied for any angle. The Silicone flashings are suited to pipes with a surface temperature between -60°C and 200°C and are also available in a retrofit version which are cut to fit around an existing pipe and resealed with the clips provided.
