Description:
GFS CSST is made from 316LStainless Metal Hose with a corrugated construction, it is easy to bend and reduces the amount of fittings and materials required when compared with standard rigid copper pipe installations. The corrugated tube is covered with an easy to identify yellow PE Jacket which is both fire retardant and resistant to UV light. Fittings are made from De-Zincification Resistant Brass (DZR) to EN12164. They are Nickel coated for added material protection and corrosion resistance. All fittings include a heat resistant Silicone Rubber Sealing Ring, Olive and a Brass Compression Washer. The GFS CSST system is manufactured in accordance with BS 7838 and BS EN 15266 which specifies the requirements for material, design, manufacture, testing, marking of stainless steel pliable corrugated gas tubing kits for buildings with a maximum operating pressure less than or equal to 0,5 bars and a nominal size range from DN 15 to DN 50.
