Description:
The Schuller Room Thermostat is a practical surface mounted mechanical thermostat which permits the user to control the temperature of a room or zone in a building. The unit can be used to switch a circulating pump, boiler or motorised zone control valves. The Room Thermostat must be located about 1.8 metres (6 feet) from the floor and in part of the building where it best controls temperature requirements - normally in the hall. It should be positioned so that it is not affected by any heat source such as radiators or direct sunlight. In any event, it must only be located inside the building. There are four models available – Basic, With Neon Indicator, With Over-ride Switch and With Over-ride Switch & Neon Indicator. It should only be installed by a qualified and competent electrician using the data supplied below.
