Description:
Aeroflex Solar Insulation is a closed cell flexible tube insulation which utilises EPDM rubber as its main constituent component and is therefore extremely resilient to the effects of Ultra Violet Radiation. It features a Closed Cell Structure which makes it suitable for use both internally and externally. It repels the ingress of moisture and insulates against heat loss up to 150°C. It is specially compounded to give a low smoke density when burning and it will not melt or drip flaming balls and will therefore not facilitate flame transfer. It is self-extinguishing. Depending on the wall thickness required, these 2m Lengths of Pipe Insulation are available for ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½” and 2" pipe sizes.
