Replast Universal Polypropylene Compression Fittings comprise a comprehensive range of Straight Couplings, Elbows, Tees, Stop Ends, Valves and Accessories in the size range ½”/15mm to 1½”/50mm. They are ideal for the quick cost effective repair of most, if not all, pipe types that can be found installed in Ireland today. Each fitting size is designed to cater for a very large disparity of external pipe diameters; for example the ½” fitting is suitable for joining any pipes with an external diameter of between 14.7mm (IR½”) and 22mm (which includes both ½” Normal and Heavy Gauge PE) and therefore provide for the uniting of pipes both similar and dissimilar in sizes. They do not require pipe inserts. They are extremely durable and robust and can withstand a maximum pressure of 16 Bar @ 20°. They are also suitable for use with potable water and have full WRAS approval.
